How to Cook Instructions

Air Popped Popcorn Peanut Butter Pancake Mix
2 Servings (around five pancakes 4.5’ circles)

You’ll Need:

1 cup of Pancake Mix
1/3 Cup & 1 TBSP of Milk
1 Large Egg
1 tablespoon of Butter

How to Mix

Melt butter in a bowl and let it cool slightly
Add Wet Ingredients in a mixing bowl & Whisk: (Egg, Butter, & Milk)
Add pancake mix to the wet Ingredients
Mix well until all ingredients are well combined.
(Let pancake batter settle for one minute)

How to Cook

Heat a non-stick griddle or pan on medium heat.
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter on the griddle or pan and cook about 1 ½ – 2 minutes per side
Add your favorite maple syrup

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
